Project Roadmap

The first strategy document I created for this client was helping them figure out a way to pivot toward a community experience on their project roadmap. There wasn't a large budget, so we would have to be nimble in our approach and find small ways to pivot our way there.

This document was part of a larger ask to help our client consider a way to pivot from a content-based site to a community platform. To do so, we had to assess the current landscape of their features, and what was possible with them.

Critical to registration strategy, the article page was OPEN Forum's best chance to make a first impression to new users. Making registration easy without overwhelming users was an interesting challenge.
